How GCP will use your data:
Information GCP May Collect. In connection with providing investment products, financial advice, or other services, we obtain non-public personal information about you, including:

Categories of Information We Disclose: GCP may disclose all information that we collect. GCP and its affiliates do not sell customer lists and will not sell your name to telemarketers. Personal information will only be shared by GCP to provide or improve our products, services and advertising. It will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
GCP may share personal information with companies who provide services such as information processing, fulfilling customer orders, delivering products to you, and providing customer service. GCP may also share your information with financial institutions who provide payment services both to and from you.
It may be necessary − by law, litigation, or requests from government authorities within or outside your country of residence − for GCP to disclose Your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate. Protection of Personal Information. GCP takes the security of your personal information very seriously. When your personal data is stored by GCP, we use computer systems with limited access housed in facilities using physical security measures. GCP restricts access to nonpublic personal information about you to those individuals who need to know that information to provide products or services to you and perform their respective duties. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural security measures to safeguard confidential client information.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order to maintain the safety of your personal information.
When you use some GCP products and services that by their nature are public facing, such as when you post on a ClickFunnels forum or submit a comment on the GCP website, the personal information and content you share is visible to other users and can be read, collected, or used by them. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to share or submit in these instances. For example, if you list your name and e-mail address in a forum posting, that information is public. Please take care when using these features.

Children & Education. We understand the importance of taking extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children using GCP products and services. Children under the age of 18, are not permitted to use GCP products and services without approval of a legal guardian; instead, a parent must obtain the account and provide the parent’s information to GCP. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 18 we will delete the information as soon as possible.
Third Party Sites and Services. GCP websites, products, applications, and services may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services. Our products and services may also use or offer products or services from third parties. Information collected by third parties is governed by their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy practices of those third parties.
Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app? When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address or other details to help you with your experience.
When do we collect information? We collect information from you when you subscribe to a newsletter or enter information on our site.
How do we use your information? We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways: To improve our website in order to better serve you, to allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests, to administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature, and/or to send periodic emails regarding your order or other products and services.
How do we protect visitor information? We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Third Party Disclosure: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
Third party links: We do not include or offer third party products or services on our website.
Google: Google’s advertising requirements can be summed up by Google’s Advertising Principles that may be found at the following link. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users. We have not enabled Google AdSense on our website but we may do so in the future.
California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
According to CalOPPA, GCP agrees to the following:
GCP does not track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place. GCP also does not allow third party behavioral tracking.
Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
GCP does not specifically market to children under 13.
Fair Information Practices
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices, GCP will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur. We will notify the users via email within 72 hours of learning of the breach. We will also notify the users via website notification within 72 hours of learning of the breach. GCP also agrees to the individual redress principle, which requires that individuals have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law.
CAN SPAM Act
GCPcollect your email address in order tosend information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions; and market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients and subscribers.
To be accordance with CANSPAM, GCP agrees to the following: NOT use false, or misleading subjects or email addresses; identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way; include the physical address of our business or website headquarters; monitor third party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used; honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly; allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you canfollow the instructions at the bottom of each email.
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your Rights Under the GDPR. If you are a citizen or a resident of a country in the European Union, the GDPR grants you the following rights:
Access to Your Personal Data. You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data that is subject to processing by GCP. Ordinary requests will be granted without charge to you within one calendar month of when you make the request. In cases of excessive, unreasonable, or repeated requests, GCP may charge you a reasonable fee and may require additional time to grant your request. Also, GCP may use reasonable means to confirm your identity before granting any request for data so as to prevent granting fraudulent requests. To have Your Data Corrected. If your personal data is erroneous or outdated, you have the right to have it corrected. To do so, please contact GCP via e-mail at email@example.com.
To be Forgotten. You have the right to be forgotten by GCP. You may exercise this right by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will comply with your request, at no charge to you, within one calendar month by deleting your account, along with all of your personally-identifiable data that is subject to any GCP processing. Naturally, after we grant your request you will not have access to any GCP products or services unless and until you open a new GCP account. GCP may use reasonable means to confirm your identity before granting any request for data so as to prevent the granting of fraudulent requests.
To Restrict Processing of Your Data. You can request that your data not be processed via GCP partners. You can make that request by e-mailing us at email@example.com and, if you wish, you can even specify which third parties to restrict from processing your data. We will respond to your request, at no charge to you, within thirty (30) days from when you make your request.
Portability. You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data that is subject to processing by GCP in a portable format, or to have it transferred directly from GCP to another party. Ordinary requests will be granted without charge to you within one calendar month of when you make the request. GCP may use reasonable means to confirm your identity before granting any request to transfer data to you or another party so as to prevent granting fraudulent requests.
